High performances and execution

Catalytic and Non-Catalytic Ceramic Filter System

Utilizing either catalytic or non-catalytic ceramic filters, the systems are able to achieve the regulatory emission limits both now and into the future. The system, while operating similarly to a baghouse, offers much greater flexibility in application due to a similar temperature resistance of 450°C for catalytic, and up to 1000°C for non-catalytic. These filters are capable of efficiently removing NOx, dust, SOx and other acid gases simultaneously with a single piece of equipment at high temperature. The system offers flexibility and modularity for adjusting to whatever may arise in the future.

Wet Dust Collection Systems

The Whirl/Wet® dust collector, by utilizing Tri-Mer's proprietary blade design, is able to use a combination of the turbulence created by the process exhaust fan, along with an engineered "whirl swirl" to remove dusts without the need for any internal moving parts or internal cleaning systems.

Stand-alone Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR + deCO) System

SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) of NOx is performed at high temperature by injecting ammonia solution or urea to into the duct stream and allowing the ammonia reagent and NOx to react together over a catalyst to produce harmless N2 and H2O. TGT has the experience to deliver any scale of DeNOx reactor and associated reagent injection systems for any industry to help solve NOx problems.

NOx abatement at low temperature (up to 100°C)

Tri-NOx® is the sole wet technology of abatement of NOx for low temp. emissions. The source of NOx at low temp. are very often referred to chemical processes where HNO3 is in use (metal pickling, precious metals processes) and/or the processes of production of rocket fuels, ammunition, explosives.

Waste Heat Recovery Systems

TGT offers turnkey integration of waste heat recovery systems. They can be used for thermal energy production (hot water, process steam…) and also power generation with ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) systems. These systems are perfectly integrated in the Air Pollution Control systems, so to optimize investment cost, lay-out, and efficiency of both. The deep knowledge of the flue gas characteristics allows us to avoid maintenance problems on the heat exchangers. Financed solutions with no capital expenditures are also available.
